Emily Black

 

Emily grew up dancing here in Gilbert, and has maintained her passion for it! After dancing through her teen years she went to college, where she graduated from California State University in 2013, with a bachelors degree in Child and Adolescent development. While studying she spent time interning along side a Child Life specialist at Long Beach Children's Hospital, and with troubled teens and their babies with a non profit organization in Anaheim, California . After graduating she worked with the Family Readiness Officer for the Marine Corps families of Fort Lee, Virginia to plan events for the children and families while their service members were deployed overseas. She has always loved to dance and knew she wanted to work with children from a very young age. Teaching dance was the perfect balance of two of the things she is very passionate about. She is very happy to be apart of a studio that promotes a positive and loving environment for both the children and  their families!
